Return and Refund Policy
1. Booking Cancellations
- Full Refund: If you cancel your booking at least 2 weeks in advance, you will receive a full refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the scheduled event may be subject to a cancellation fee, and you may not receive a refund.
2. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 2 weeks in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
3. No-Show Policy
Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made on the day of the event.
